Holiday Balcony/Patio Decorating Contest
Decorate your balcony or patio for the holidays; call and let us know that you wish to be entered; judging will take place on December 15th.   Prizes will be awarded!  Make River Oaks shine!

Resident Referral
Speaking of extra cash, refer your friends, co-workers, etc. to River Oaks.  If they lease with us, you will receive a $300 referral fee.  It’s that easy!

Maintenance Corner
In the effort of conservation, please remember to program your thermostat.  Set the heat to be low (not off) when you are going to be away or during the night.  Set it a little higher during the times you are home.

During snow, please remember to park in the carports 1st.  Also in all open parking please remember not to park your vehicle over the sidewalk.  Leave at least one foot so that our plow can fit across the sidewalk.  Also, please move all vehicles to carports or plowed areas following a storm so that we can clear the parking spaces.  Finally, please be advised that cars that have not moved are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.  We appreciate your efforts during this process.  Thank you.

Renters’ Insurance
Your home contains the most valuable possessions you own so keep them protected.  It is recommended that every resident have renters’ insurance.  This can be obtained at a very reasonable rate.  The community’s insurance policy does not cover your personal belongings.  We have brochures in the leasing office.
