Dear Residents,

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our residents the warmest of holiday seasons and a Happy New Year.  Whether you have been with us for a while or just recently moved in, we would like to thank you for your valued residency.  We look forward to 2012 with you.

In keeping with the holiday spirit, we will be sponsoring Toys for Tots again this year.  Please donate a new, unopened toy for those less fortunate.  Bring your toy to the leasing office any time before December 21st.  In addition, we will continue our Food Drive throughout December.  Please bring in non-perishable food items to be donated to the local food bank.  Donations are especially important at this time as the need has increased.  As always, your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Please note that the management office will have shortened hours on Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year’s Eve (December 31) and will be closed on Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1).  Remember the office does not have to be open for you to pay your rent.  Just deposit your check in the mail slot in the door to the office marked Night Deposit.
