Holiday Balcony/Patio Decorating Contest
Need extra cash?  Decorate your balcony or patio for the holidays; call and let us know that you wish to be entered; judging will take place on December 15th.   Cash prizes will be awarded!  Make Georgetown shine!

Resident Referral
Speaking of extra cash, refer your friends, co-workers, etc. to Georgetown.  If they lease with us, you will receive a $300 referral fee.  It’s that easy!

Clubhouse/Guest Suite
We provide the place you provide the party!  With the arrival of the holiday season, you may want to celebrate.  Our clubhouse will give you enough room and convenience to invite everyone on your party list.  If you have more guests than expected and need an extra place for them to stay, you can rent our guest suite.  If you would like more information or wish to reserve the clubhouse or guest suite please contact the office.

Tree Disposal
It seems that as soon as you get your Christmas tree up and decorated the time comes to take it down.  When that time comes, we ask that you please dispose of your tree in the yard dumpster on Lordshill.  Please do not put them in or around the regular dumpster as there is not enough space to accommodate the trees and the trash men will not remove them from the enclosures.  Please contact the office if you need directions to the designated dumpster.

Storage
Running out of room in your apartment?  If so, call the office today to reserve a storage space.  Our storage space charge is $40.  Please note one storage unit per apartment.  Call today and de-clutter for the New Year!

Maintenance Corner
In the effort of conservation, please remember to program your thermostat.  Set the heat to be low (not off) when you are going to be away or during the night.  Set it a little higher during the times you are home.

During snow, please remember our first obligation is to keep the streets open for emergency vehicles should the need arise.  When you clean off your vehicle, please do not throw the snow back in the street.  Thank you.

Renters’ Insurance
Your home contains the most valuable possessions you own so keep them protected.  It is recommended that every resident have renters’ insurance.  This can be obtained at a very reasonable rate.  The community’s insurance policy does not cover your personal belongings.  We have brochures in the leasing office.

Rent Payment
Why worry about paying your rent? ACH debit is available.  Sign up today for ACH debit where your monthly rent will be taken out of your bank account each month.  Forms are available in the office.
