Dear Residents,

We look forward to another terrific summer at Georgetown Apartments. We hope all of our residents will take full advantage of all the great summer amenities, including our swimming pools, fitness center, basketball court, fitness trail, barbecue areas and playground. The pools will open May 29th! The rules and regulations are included in this newsletter.

Thank you once, thank you twice, thanks a million for being our residents! Resident Appreciation Week will begin the week of July 12th. Let us show you how much we appreciate you! We hope you will join us for a relaxing week, filled with great activities and friends.  Please watch for more details.

Here at Georgetown Apartments, we are dedicated to providing an environment that our residents will enjoy.  As you may have noticed, the community improvements are already underway. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make Georgetown Apartments a great place to call home.

We continue to work hard to provide you with excellence in maintenance, management and customer service.

In observance of Independence Day, the rental office will be closed Sunday, July 4th.
