About Welcome Mats
Make sure the welcome mat outside your door is one of the "outdoor use" kinds. Indoor mats such as carpet remnants of woven rugs may not be used outside because they fray and deteriorate quickly. Help keep Pine Crest looking its best. Say "Welcome" with style.
Walking Space
Keep all stairways, entryways, and sidewalks free of obstructions. Bicycles, toys, grills, and all other belongings should remain in your apartment or on your patio. Help keep your walking spaces safe and clean.
Attention Rollerbladers!
Rollerblading is great exercise and is certainly permitted in our complex. However, please do no skate on the tennis courts, around the swimming pool, or near the clubhouse.
Junk Mail
Please dispose of unwanted mail in the proper trash receptacles. Do not leave it on top of the mailboxes. Misdirected mail should be forwarded to its proper recipient or returned to the post office.
The Place for Garbage
In the dumpster, not in apartment hallways or in the streets. Please make sure all your trash makes it into the dumpster. Thanks for helping keep Pine Crest a clean place to live.
