The fax machine in the office is available for residents to use free of charge. Stop by the office during normal business hours to take care of all your faxing needs.

Package
Pick-Up

Please pick up all packages within 48 hours of notification. With limited space in the office, we can only hold personal packages for 30 days. Failure to pick up a package will result in its return to the sender.

Weekend Hours

Please call the office with questions regarding weekend office hours. These hours are subject to change without notice. Call ahead to avoid any confusion or to make a weekend appointment.

For Your Children's Safety

Window coverings with cords or drawstrings can be a safety hazard to curious toddles and young children. However, the Window Covering Safety Council has a solution to this problem. The council has developed special "retrofit tassels" for your window coverings. These tassels are attached to the window cords after they have been shortened to lengths that are out of your children's reach. They may be used on corded vertical or horizontal blinds, pleated or cellular shades and all sorts of draperies. And best of all, the council offers them FREE to all interested consumers.
